Pros
I have been here for almost 4 years and my experience has been consistent throughout. Here, your ideas are valued and you are given opportunities to contribute and expand your capabilities. The leaders are approachable, competent, and invest in building a strong team and culture. This means you know the people you work with are all team players who genuinely do their part and have a growth mindset. We get together for activities planned by the social committee several times a year. The office environment is comfortable and modern, with lots of natural light and plants, and a well-stocked pantry. There is flexibility with a hybrid work model and you are provided with what you need to work well from home. All in all, a great place to work and I’d be happy to recommend people I know to work here.
Cons
Hard to think of this one, honestly. Things are pretty transparent here so if you have a question or issue, just talk to your manager and they will make time for you, and listen / explain.
