      Pros

      Ensures that you have work-life balance. Management cares about rewarding employees who are performing well.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but you can't work here if you're lazy lol. Excellence is def a requirement and employees are expected to adhere to the company's high standards, hence, could be pressuring at times.
