Good work life balance.
Company pushes to bring value and not just do your paperwork and leave
Rapid get in touch with business insights and not just your tinny capsule
Cons
Rapid growth brings unstability on concepts, teams and offices.
Not cutting edge technologies (as they are not needed)

Great coworkers, everyone helps you get acclimated and people don't step on toes when trying to make a sale.
Supervisors are very helpful and walk you through processes and help you make sales.
They offer good services which makes it easier to sell them
Cons
Mostly just the pay which is decent but not enough for San Diego cost of living.
You tend to work long hours to be successful as you are fully responsible for closing sales and getting enough contacts to reach out to. This is not always the case but I often find I need to work beyond 8 hours per day to be actually successful.
