There are no Cons i feel

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities for freshers. Exposure to real-time troubleshooting, monitoring tools, Linux servers, and cloud technologies helped improve technical and communication skills. Management and teammates are cooperative and encourage continuous learning. Good work culture with opportunities to handle live production issues and gain hands-on experience in IT support operations.

Fast-paced work environment with continuous learning expectations, which can be challenging initially but helps employees grow technically and professionally. Handling real-time production issues increases responsibility and improves problem-solving skills.
