The band 5 staff are amazing

The band 6 and 7s are horrendous with their unprofessional bullying behaviour. Gossip about your private information and aren’t compassionate at all!

Overall ethos of the employer is supportive and is a learning environment Pay is in line with public sector uk Sickness policy is supportive Sets a high standard of care for patients and staff.
