Excellent employer - Design Engineer QA1 Employee Review

QA1 has a strong focus on safety. The environment is casual - everyone wears their QA1 branded gear daily. One standout is there is a minimal number of meetings. Strong focus on personal interactions and a feeling of community. As the company is growing I believe there will be opportunities to make an impact and leave your mark. Most of the products are all USA made which is great.

There are some instances where because QA1 is going through fluctuations in workload post adding locations, it can be a bit hectic.

There's a lot of ideas but sometimes it's hard to execute on them
