Pros
- Work from home, they might provide you a PC.
Cons
- Expect being badly burnout. - If you're a worker from LatAm, be sure you're getting paid less than half of what you should get. - There are basically no benefits for LatAm workers aside from a couple of extra paid time off days and a very limited health insurance. - Unlimited PTO is a lie. - They cut benefits with no previous notice. - They might not pay you OT. - Annual raises are a disrespect to the employees, even if you performed well during the last year. - Salaries within the same position are all over the place. - There are no profile descriptions nor a clear path to get promoted so promotions (if any) are shady. - They fire people without previous notice and for unclear reasons (they might tell the person something, and in the company's meetings they'll say it was due to low performance), still, they might try to pull something before to make you quit (overloading you with unreasonable deliverables) or find something to fire you so you don't get paid fully; and even still, they'll most likely won't pay you your severance fully unless you push legally. - Management won't show their faces when they do wrong, try to do you dirty, or when you share your concerns; they'll dispose you and then just try to wash their hands to keep their image of "kind and considerate people giving great results".
