Pros

- Friendly, cheerful and kind colleagues - Just a big brand company

Cons

- Underpaid and Overwork. - All projects and processes are poorly managed. Very poor management. - BIAS only gives benefits to favourite people. Despite the fact that the person had very bad working discipline, as long as you are a favourite person to them, you are safe no matter what you do. - Bad employees do not get fired, but good ones will be fired. - Don't expect to get increments and high bonuses from this company.  - Not willing to change mindset. - Plans are always changing and unrealistic expectations for deadlines. Need to adapt quickly. - Most of discussion did not reach consensus for every reviewer. This person wants this, and this person wants that.  - No chance of career growth. - Claim late; sometimes it took months only for RM50. - Most PCs and tools are buggy or not working. - Manager does not know how to run a project. Take credit over staff achievements. - Annual leave is provided one day per month. Need more? Take no-pay leave. - Some management roles are given to family members or relatives who may be inexperienced. So if messed up with one of them, staff need to faced the big boss. - Double faced manager. Backstabbing is normal here. - Didn't update staff on some issues such as medical claim increment etc. - It was stressful and unsatisfying to stay in this company because wasn't appreciated enough for my efforts. - If want to work here, be clear on everything and make sure everything is in black and white if you don't want to be taken advantage of.

Pros

Review: The work-life balance here is relatively reasonable, which is a positive. However, the overall company culture needs significant improvement. Leadership within certain departments can feel overly traditional and not very open to new ideas, especially from younger or more specialised employees. There is often an expectation for employees to take on additional responsibilities within tight timelines, without corresponding support or recognition. While there is encouragement to learn and contribute beyond one’s role, in practice, guidance and support can be limited. Communication and follow-through on internal processes could also be improved, as responses and updates may take longer than expected. Pros: Manageable work-life balance

Cons

Cons: Rigid management style Limited openness to new ideas High expectations without adequate support Slow internal processes
