7yThanks so much for posting. It’s music to our ears when someone says they feel like they’re part of a close-knit crew since we have so many in our ranks who work remotely. It's really a reflection on you and the team!
In regard to onboarding, we're always looking for ways to improve the process. We recently created an onboarding website and materials on exactly what to expect. My team also frequently checks in on those currently going through it. Today, the process moves more quickly than what you described but we’ll continue doing all we can to make it painless for everyone.
