Cons
As a small firm, we do not have the bench of analysts and researchers that are common at larger firms. In small firms, everyone rolls up their sleeves to meet the client's needs and hopefully exceed their expectations. This requires all of us to do tasks that we do not necessarily enjoy. However, that is a small component of a larger opportunity to make an individual contribution to highly impactful issues.
