5yThanks for your feedback - we appreciate it, and I'm always happy to meet with former employees to hear directly about your experiences at pymetrics.
We're striving to provide multiple vehicles for employees to share feedback -through leadership update emails, town halls, regular surveys, and office hours to name a few - and our leadership team is taking that feedback seriously and actioning it on a regular basis. I'm sorry to hear that you felt that we've played favorites - that must have been frustrating. We're focused on ensuring that our robust performance management process makes it clear to employees how they are performing and what they need to do to advance, and those decisions are based on how employees deliver for clients and colleagues.
Our CEO/founder and President are not planning to step down; they and our employees are extremely passionate about serving our clients and fulfilling pymetrics mission to help companies make better and fairer people decisions with behavioral science and ethical AI technology. In the case of our founder, she has dedicated her professional life to that goal. However, they are focused on constantly improving, so thank you for sharing your feedback!
