Lack of Career Growth: During my six-month tenure, no job description was provided for my role, nor was a career coach assigned. This absence of structure, clear goals, and KPIs hindered any potential for career development. 2. Unfulfilled Promises: The expectations set during the interview process did not materialize. I was assured that my skills would be utilized and expanded upon, yet I spent the majority of my time on the bench or working on tasks unrelated to my role, with little support for my professional growth. 3. Ignored Concerns: Despite raising various concerns with leadership, I found that my feedback was consistently overlooked. Promises of addressing these issues were made but never fulfilled, leading to a frustrating experience. 4. Lack of Transparency: There was a pervasive culture of misinformation, with management often failing to provide clear insights into departmental plans. This resulted in a team atmosphere filled with false hopes and uncertainty. 5. Rigid Hierarchical Structure: Despite claims of valuing all employees equally, the reality was quite different. It became clear that communication was limited to hierarchical interactions, stifling open dialogue. 6.
