Pros

They have an eye for talent, especially for designers. The quality of design work is really good, and what will keep winning them clients. It's a good place to get started and learn as a young designer (though they will try to pay you not very much). The office is nice, and people are mostly passionate about what they do. Team happy hours are fun, the office manager puts a lot of effort into coming up with fun things for everyone to do. The creative director is really talented

Cons

Toxic, paranoid leadership. The Partners are not straight forward about the nature of their relationship (hint hint) and it affects the team/culture. The founder throws temper tantrums over reallystrange things. One time, he even threatened too take away profit sharing because the kitchen got too messy. They underpay most of their people, especially younger people.

Pros

They have a great group of co-workers that are such kind people to work with. Leadership allowed me to change roles from project manager to designer, which was a great experience.

Cons

They are remote so in-person interaction is limited, but they do a great job creating culture via the annual company retreat and occasional happy hours!

Pros

Push10 has a lot going for it. At the foundation, they are uncompromising in the quality of work, be it branding, web design or long-term strategy. The entire team is incredibly friendly, and talented in their respective disciplines. There is no BS politics that plague a lot of agencies, and there's a lot of opportunity to get your hands dirty in a variety of projects. The company has grown slowly/steadily for 8ish years and has made a big jump in the last two years with bigger clients, more complex jobs, and a truly mid-size staff & office.

Cons

As Push10 is still growing, there are some occasions where new territory is being tread, both for project work and well as business operations, and new solutions have to be put in place where previously there'd been no need. This requires some trial & error, but that being said, the management team is very sharp and so far has navigated those waters with transparency and confidence, making growth more fruitful and less intimidating.
