Pros
Over the past three years at Purpose Prep, I have experienced meaningful professional growth through progressively expanding roles. I began as a classroom teacher, advanced to Lead Teacher in my second year, and now serve as a Grade Level Lead. Each of these opportunities has strengthened my instructional practice, deepened my leadership capacity, and reinforced my commitment to educational excellence. What I value most about Purpose Prep is its unwavering commitment to high expectations and student achievement. The school’s rigorous curriculum challenges scholars to think critically, persevere through complex tasks, and reach their fullest potential. I appreciate being part of an environment that does not lower the bar, but instead provides the necessary support to ensure all scholars can meet and exceed those expectations. As an educator, I am deeply passionate about my scholars and intentional in building strong, trusting relationships with them. I believe that a positive and structured learning environment, paired with genuine care, is essential for both academic and personal growth. Purpose Prep’s mission and culture align closely with my own belief that every child deserves access to a high-quality education and the opportunity to succeed. My appreciation for Purpose Prep continues to grow each year because of its dedication to excellence, its investment in both scholars and staff, and its clear vision for what is possible in education. I am proud to be part of a community that prioritizes both rigor and relationships, and I remain committed to contributing to its ongoing success.
