As with most companies that run the "we're a family" and "we're progressive!" racket there's a propensity for things to get quite toxic. Some of the most micro aggressions I've experienced in my life took place here. The self righteous attitude from a for profit company was pretty nauseating and their non work related requirements for career advancement like joining an affinity group made me want to bang my head on a wall.
