      Pros

      Casual attire, beautiful new building, family oriented. Generally a good place to work. Decent pay for the area, good opportunity for advancement from within, most other staff are great.

      Cons

      Communication between departments is seriously lacking, communication from CEO is almost non-existent pertaining to policy changes, training is a "I'll show you once and you are expected to know it" attitude, lots of drama.

      None. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

      Cons

      Terrible place to work. Horrible management (what little there is anyways). Absolutely no training or communication from management. CEO only hires women=place full of drama. Insanely high turnover rates for a reason. Company is going downhill instead of growing. DON'T APPLY.
