      some people were nice enough

      Toxic manager, no training or support, too busy flirting with sales staff to show me anything and then expected me to work late to fix things

      Pros

      Great brands, small company so lots of autonomy, some nice people.

      Cons

      Employee benefit / perks are few and far between in recent times. Management changed and new CEO was distant, not prone to giving direction and had an erratic personality. Private equity owned and now micro-managed by them. Not entrepreneurial enough to make significant inroads into soft drinks market in the current climate IMO.
