Management is completely completely completely biased and tens to accommodate friends versus outside employees

Some of the employees are the best people you will ever meet.

They don't listen to feedback. They are understaffed severely. They overwork you and show no appreciation whatsoever. They will not acknowledge the extra work you put in but will expect it of you. They do not take responsibility of their own faults or inactions.
