Poor excuse for a company. - Anonymous employee Pure Telecom Employee Review

I have never worked for such an atrocious company. This company was set up to make money and nothing more. They treat their customers with zero respect, customer complaints are not handled by anyone. Dodgy sales practices, sales department targets vulnerable people via cold calling, lies about available products, signs them up to a contract regardless and then they are locked in with subpar support & products. Ludicrous cancellation policy. Industry standards are completely ignored. Agents are given access to a basic system to perform troubleshooting. Zero benefits. Training was a joke. Pay is way lower than market average. Zero room for career progression. No sick days. In my 6 months at this company I did not take 1 call where a customer was happy with the service being received. The company have attempted to improve their online image by publishing fake reviews on Google Reviews and other sites as their ratings were so poor. That just completes the picture of how utterly shocking this company is. Do yourself a favour, avoid at all costs. You are worth more than this place.
