      Pros

      Veterinarians who work here can expect competitive pay (not just a hiring buzzword -- I received a 40% pay raise from my last job when I came here) and solid benefits.

      Cons

      The tradeoff is it is a fast-paced environment (again, not a hiring buzzword, just my experience). If you're quick and can see a ton of appointments, you can make a great income here. Slower veterinarians might struggle with this workplace.

      Pros

      Very busy office so a lot of running around and working hard. However, the team is great, the doctors are great, and the job is fulfilling. The main doctor gave me a lot of opportunities to go above and beyond and show my talents.

      Cons

      Corporate doesn't seem to understand what is actually happening in the office and it seems as though a busy office in New York City might be a little too much for them.

We make every effort to regularly visit and communicate with our partner hospitals. For a brief time over the pandemic, we were not able to spend time on-site. We feel strongly that each hospital is unique and we let our partners and managers independently run our hospitals without a strong corporate presence.
