Pure infusion Suites empowers nurses to work autonomously and collaborate with team members. Pure has an incentive program, which not only rewards hard work, but also transforms the employees into stakeholders. We have a flexible schedule to further enhance work-life balance and allow employees to tailor their work hours to their individual needs. The flexibility is a great morale booster and contributes to job satisfaction and productivity. We have amazing teamwork with a strong sense of comradery among team members. I love that I am able to have time with my patients and educate them and make them feel like they are at home. They have a private suite to themselves, with a TV and a blanket if they choose. I love being able to provide the little things to allow for their infusion to be the most comfortable it can be.
Cons
The time difference between the home office in Utah and Florida can be difficult sometimes if we have urgent questions or needs, but our management team is great at responding quickly.
