      Good benefits Nice office HR team was nice

      Only had one issue, the head of TA... Rude, overpromoted due to a friendship with a director - Had a very good team in place but decided to play games and as a result half of the team left. Prioritised gossip over work, extremely unprofessional.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
