      Good holiday entitlement, good bonuses

      Cons

      HR is for the company not for you. Discriminated against. Who you know not what you know for progression. Over values those that shout and promote brand health (I.e representing pg at pride) and posting on their company social platforms - despite them being bad managers - rather than the good managers who prefer to do a good job.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
