      Pros

      - Nice and driven colleagues. Genuinely very collaborative - New Angel office is a big improvement - At the end of the day you are part of creating something that is good for people

      Cons

      - No gym in the office (which I know most companies don't have, but would have been on-brand for a gym company. There is a PureGym 5 min down the road though)

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
