      - The people are great, everyone is very passionate about their role and the industry - The work is very fast-paced so you can make a meaningful impact very quickly - The growth trajectory of the company is incredible, and there are lots of exciting projects

      - The work is very fast-paced and there is a lot of it, so sometimes it can be difficult to spend quality time to complete a project to the best standards (you're already onto the next!)

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
