      Pros

      Pure Gym has been nothing but supportive since I joined their company. Everyone has been extremely welcoming and I have met some incredible people. Pure Gym's focus on the community and helping positively impact individuals lives is simply amazing. I would highly recommend working for Pure Gym.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
