I'd give less than 1 star if possible - Dining Court Supervisor Purdue University Employee Review

The culture. The pay. The lack of accountability. The dysfunction. The organization. The nonexistent support from upper management. The business first people never mentality. The reduction in the overall college experience for students (bad food, awful staff, 2 bedroom rooms have become 4 bedroom rooms, etc.). Quality has gone down due to uncompetitive wages, and inflation. I could keep going. But our president did ride a couch cart to graduation and sold the intramural fields to a housing development. Not proud to be a Boiler.
