This company is wonderful depending on your manager - Senior Strategic Account Executive Purchasing Power, LLC Employee Review

Pros

Trey (CEO) is an angel. I think he is the best, most inclusive and intelligent man there is to lead a company. He is very in touch with his employees and making an environment where all feel welcome. I also really trust his judgement on making the company grow. He is a great leader. The benefits are amazing- mostly the flexible PTO, which apparently depends on your team. We used to have fully paid medical but now it's ~$32/paycheck for self only, which I still think is great.

Cons

Your boss can very easily be a "yes-man" or push-over, which also means they won't have your back, stand up for you/your team, or fall on the sword for you- you will be under the bus. You could also have someone that lacks any humanity and just drives and strives for more, more, more. People have left because of certain people in leadership. Leadership can be cut-throat to the bottom line, regardless of how great Trey is (who knows- he may be the driver and it is top-down?). Some bosses are also quick to cut amazing talent instead of learning to work with them and their personality traits and strengths, and develop their weaknesses into greatness. Depending on the team you're on, you could be worked to the bones, or not actually be on PTO when you're off; it's luck of the draw on who you report to. There are SO MANY fire-drills where it's like...if everything is an emergency then nothing is. Working here you will feel accomplished and happy (for the first few years), but after a bit of time there is a big chance you will be burnt out because it is VERY demanding. They also love assigning "work" that's essentially pointless and just busy work to show you're doing something. Even if you're doing your job and taking care of business, they will want to know what, when and how you are doing things. Aren't we all adults? Politics are a big thing in this company. It's all about perception (their perception is reality). Thinking about being yourself?? DON'T. You'll be judged for it, unless you're a teachers pet that lives in white picket fence (or so you portray). Otherwise, even if you have been with your team for years and shown your work ethic, you will be looked down upon for being yourself.

Pros

Great people who work very well together. Lots of great tenure which creates ample opportunities to learn from experts. The now former CEO (Trey) is a genuinely nice person who takes every opportunity to engage with people at all levels. Most people are very easy to work and collaborate with. People are always willing to help.

Cons

Very heavy workloads that are not sustainable long term, it's challenging to be effective and strategic in your role when competing projects/tasks consistently pull you in various directions. The organization thrives in chaos which can be difficult to acclimate if you are accustomed to getting things done as there is little to no time to focus to actually execute. There are countless hours/days spent on tasks or unmeaningful work, often repeat work that consumes your time that leave you absolutely drained at the end of the day. The level of micro management and task delegation is something like I've never experienced.
