      - The best culture ever - extremely collegial and fun, yet simultaneously hard-working; modeled after a sports team - $XXXK to $XXM in ARR in 1 year - Growing by $XM per month - Been promoted 3 times - Work directly with CEO/COO - 2 week sales cylce, $XXK ACV - Colleagues all former founders/Ivy+ - I made $47,000 in commission last month

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, high energy and helpful. I was enabled to contribute right away, my work felt meaningful but ultimately company growing so fast exposed me to lot of growth challenges that I'd have not been able to see at another startup.

      Cons

      Early stage startup, it is not a place for someone that needs a lot of structure.
