Pros
If you are lucky enough to work remotely, that would typically be a positive. The pay was temporarily above average, but always subject to change without notice. HR tries to be as helpful as allowed by management.
Cons
The company has zero structure. The management structure is borderline harassing, calling at all hours. No tools to accomplish goals. Administration is VERY dishonest, with an opinion that withholding important information is not a lie. Administration has no respect for personal time. Benefits are AWFUL. Vacation time is AWFUL. Turnover rate is high. Employees are taken advantage of and not respected. It's about trying to make a quick dollar rather than a successful business. There is not a business plan or a plan of action. Decisions are made without logic or thought.
