Amazing location and office, talented team of creatives and accounts, cool clients from a range of industries, the leaders seem to be trying their best and want to hear from us (way more approachable than other shops), ideas are respected even if you’re a “junior”, fun and relaxed vibe, unlimited vacation
Cons
workload is intense, some people leave at 5 and some are working nonstop, processes are confusing and makes for more work, communication between depts can should be better
