Pros

None - except that I no longer work for them.

Cons

Lack of organisation. Lack of knowledge. Lack of communication. Lack of relevant, viable or trustworthy data. Lack of management experience. Lack of understanding of how to deal with people. Lack of technology. Lack of care about employees, Lack of understanding of how to gather data. Lack of understanding in how to create scripts for callers. Lack of honesty with clients. Lack of honesty with employees. This company should be avoided at all costs, by potential employees, but in particular no business should ever employee them, you are paying for misleading information, dishonesty and poorly managed data flow.

Pros

Manager is realistic, clever, and doing really good in business. Taught a lot of how to do good business, learnt a lot from the management. Bonuses are fair, even add more if you perform well. Salary always comes in time. Leave approvals are easy. No politics. Staffs are friendly, helpful, communicative. Colleagues worked for years already like 15, 17+ years. They recognized efforts and encouraged you to grow a lot.

Cons

Less written SOP makes it sometimes confusing to follow the right ones without clear guidance. Now everything is communicated and discussed, operations are now clearer.

Pros

Work life balance Great as a full time job with insurance security when you have other responsibilities like study or part time pursue

Cons

Low pay Little growth or limited opportunities Bonus policy just started after being aggressively addressed this yr in the second quarter when it was supposed to be part of the job but not from the beginning even though it was mentioned before signing the contract The overall pay is below market price Underpaid but pressure exists and quite packed work hours and micromanaging Not so much freedom during work hours like traditional work place culture You sit in front of computer and make cold calls and send cold emails all day and if you MIA for more than 10minutes the manager messages you
