Pros

Pay at par with Dubai standards.

Cons

No stability and absolutely no regard for people’s careers. They bring you in from different parts of the world and then on a random Friday at 3:45pm HR informs you that it is your last day. They let people go within one or two months of joining and give them only fourteen days to wrap up their life and move back. They also do not want you to speak to anyone. They expect you to disappear quietly. The environment is extremely toxic. They monitor screen time, track how often you step into the breakout area and even remove employees who report medical issues, labelling them as future liabilities. There are countless red flags across culture, behaviour and ethics.

Cons

The main challenge has been finding the right balance between work and personal commitments. Puffy is supportive, but the workload can occasionally be demanding.

Pros

The relentless pursuit of excellence continually pushes me to sharpen my technical skills and innovate. The camaraderie and support from peers and mentors at Puffy Mattress are unparalleled, fostering a collaborative culture where everyone's growth is a shared mission. The company's commitment to nurturing its talent is evident in its structured environment, which is rich with opportunities for career progression. Their dedication to quality and forward-thinking has not only set industry standards but has also crafted an ideal backdrop for personal and professional development.

Cons

The drive for top-tier results can often lead to a fast-paced work environment with the expectation to meet tight deadlines. The resultant high-pressure situation, while stimulating, requires resilience and adaptability.
