My last year with Puffer was 2016. The company truly felt like a family. It's been ten years and I still miss everyone!

The old president of the company seemed to have little regard for the employees. Thankfully, it looks like he's no longer with the company.

The majority of the people and the ESOP are the best parts of the company, I would recommend the company to a friend outside of HR,

No remote work unless you are hiding it from upper management. Tenured employees are not compensated as well as the newer hires. Compensation is the biggest problem for recuiting.
