Pros
Raises were frequent. Company values were solid and reliable. General appreciation for employees.
Cons
Work was not divided equally among us "Deli Clerks". I remember busting my hump every night in hopes of getting off work at a decent hour. While I worked I saw many other employees taking their time, texting, and playing. My work was appreciated by few and didn't count for much as I typically bicycled home at 1am. This may be location specific however.
