      Pros

      The best reason to work at Publix is for their private stock options. Other than that, nothing is very gravy there unless you want to wait years upon years to reach management and make any type of decent wages.

      Cons

      Takes forever to reach a management position. Raises are extremely slow and don't compensate employees, especially when new ones are getting hired in at more.
