Pros

Great pay once you move up. The stock is great and appreciates well, you’re given 8% of your pay per year in stock. Great benefits, parental leave for a newborn, we get tons of PTO

Cons

Scheduling sucks, must work some nights and mid shifts, weekends and the days leading up to major holidays. Dealing with people.

Pros

Pay and bonus structure is competitive.

Cons

Work life balance, company has double standards for those wanting to move up. -No consistency, moving target in terms of moving up. Made to feel guilty if you have family challenges that may need your undivided attention in terms to calling out. Once your a manager, they seem to put you anywhere close to your home. One time a manager was placed 57 miles, one way from home (60 miles requires relocation package). When topic is brought up to be closer to home, the response is, "you know this was part of the perks of being a manager".
