Pros
Worklife Balance is good - Leaves get approved. everyone enjoy all of their leave Balances. Managers/Leadership is good - very supportive. No Micromanagement (Although this varies across the teams.) Work from anywhere. (No one asks where are you working from - just need the work to be completed on time)
Cons
Need to learn majority from self.(could be a plus point - i'd consider it partially in pros) Compensation - HR fights to death to save 50k per annum Teams very harsh on budgets - monitors even $10 of spends in POC :D
