Pros

Looking back at my time at Pubinno, which I joined as my first professional role right after university, I can confidently say it is a "Best Place to Work" for a reason. Being part of the CEO’s Team was a transformative experience. From day one, I wasn't treated like a junior; I was given high-impact responsibilities and the chance to contribute to global, premium projects. The environment is more than just a tech firm—it feels like a family. The communication with the CEO and team leaders is exceptional; they are mentors who truly invest in you. I didn't just grow professionally; I had the chance to pursue my career, myself, and my personal development while feeling the constant support of an elite leadership team. Even though I moved on in 2024, the "Pubinno culture" of sustainability and excellence remains a core part of my professional identity.

Cons

The pace is fast and the expectations for quality are world-class, which can be challenging for a fresh graduate. However, the mentorship you receive makes that steep learning curve incredibly rewarding.

Pros

there are no Pros for working here

Cons

The CEO seems to be hiring magicians, because as soon as they join, they disappear. The staff turnover is very high, and almost every month someone leaves the company. This is happening because of the terrible toxic behaviour of the CEO and the way he treats people. The work environment is very unhealthy. The CEO does not respect employees, creates stress, shouting and makes the company unstable. His business practices are not honest, and it gives the company a very bad name. I believe the CEO and the company should be investigated,
