Great working atmosphere and family culture.

Working hours are late like most of the hospitality industry

Money was good and received every night

Very long hours with no breaks, managers are temperamental and often unreasonable, unable to take a day off unless your shift is picked up by another bartender/manager, standing on feet all day and unable to sit down, split tips between manger on shift, revolving door. Managers can be very unprofessional and this leads to a hostile work environment. Also, there is no parking to get to work.
