Unorganized overall company
- Orientation consisted of siting in a conference room watching several pre recorded videos that were over an hour long. Then next day completing modules on an IPAD instead of a laptop.
-No role specific job training (was sent to an inservice where another person who was in the same role shared some negative feelings and attitudes about the position for 5 hrs even mentioning unethical practices)
- No role specific task list (No one knows the daily, weekly, or monthly tasks for this role)
- No corporate contact (was told there is no one over this specific job role)
- Company doesn't train management on leadership so no one knows how to effectively train.
