      Pros

      This company has a great team effort and has some beautiful facilities.

      Cons

      Terrible on-boarding process. I pretty much had to orientate myself. There is a lot of double and triple work you have to do for many of their processes, which can be overwhelming. You also get hired for one thing and oddly enough you're doing the work of 2 different depts. That would be nice to know before you accept an offer to work for them.

      Pros

      Most of the floor staff is great to work with. DHS is great but corporate and the administrator needs to let her do her job!

      Cons

      When they say “we are a family here” they mean a very dysfunctional family. Administrator says he’s “got your back” only to stab you in it the next moment. Absolutely zero belief in his ability to truly lead. Very cliquey. If you are in you’re in. If you are out, you are WAY out. Covers up severe violations and behaviors. Behavior that SHOULD have gotten people fired. A very “by the book” guy unless it’s something that could negatively affect him. He does not follow HR procedures. Turnover is sky high! You hardly know the other employees because so many fail to stay. Many don’t even last through orientation.
