      Easy Interview The hiring manager Shalonda is super nice Learned the importance of teamwork, even if lacking.

      Cons

      Severe lack of training for new hires Teamwork is poor — requests for help often ignored Unsafe working conditions (patients left unsupervised, staff stretched too thin) Physically and emotionally overwhelming with little support Management does not ensure fair or safe staff-to-patient assignments The older staff are mean to the residents and talk to them any type of way

      Most of the floor staff is great to work with. DHS is great but corporate and the administrator needs to let her do her job!

      Cons

      When they say “we are a family here” they mean a very dysfunctional family. Administrator says he’s “got your back” only to stab you in it the next moment. Absolutely zero belief in his ability to truly lead. Very cliquey. If you are in you’re in. If you are out, you are WAY out. Covers up severe violations and behaviors. Behavior that SHOULD have gotten people fired. A very “by the book” guy unless it’s something that could negatively affect him. He does not follow HR procedures. Turnover is sky high! You hardly know the other employees because so many fail to stay. Many don’t even last through orientation.
