Great colleagues but untrained management - Anonymous employee Proxy (Denmark) Employee Review

There was a bad management, which got removed but then replaced with the existing runner up. Unfortunately lacking proper leadrship skills and personal agendas get in the way of a constructive feedback accepting culture. That prevents crearing a safe space as there is no HR per sè, thus limited talent growth support.
