I love working with the patients and most coworkers.

Upper management doesn’t seem to care one bit about the regular people who do the work. We are overworked for low wages, asked to do more and more at the risk of pt care all while upper/management gets pay raises and vacations galore. When real issues arise either in the office or interdepartmentally the HR process take forever to get rid of bad employees who make it harder on the rest of us. And retaliation between departments is commonplace.
