A year ago, would rate 4/5. Hopefully it improves. Good coworkers. Patient interaction. Director is good. Previous manager and supervisor where good.
Cons
Out of touch manager, responds only when convenient. Cites overstaffed due to budget, yet hires roles that are not needed. Company seems unable to grapple with retention and will quickly burn you out. Aetna insurance is subpar.
