There's never a predictable day here and it seems like we are always striving for more no matter how much we have achieved already. A true start up culture, lots of fun and energy from everyone and if someone should have a down moment, everyone picks them back up which is really important in a sales environment which can often be "back-stabby" in other companies. There are clear goals and expectations and the means to achieve them. The attitude is that there is no room for failure!

The standards are high, which means it's not for the faint hearted, but the rewards are there so if you have the stamina to give quality work at a pace and put the hours in, it's worth it.

Lovely company to work for... you're treated like a person not just a number! Busy, fast-paced, professional environment however everyone pulls together as a team and still finds time to have a laugh. Very good balance between work-life and generally having fun!
