The interview process is good as like of MNC,,,online test, technical interview, etc. Good for freshers especially to learn and explore on more technologies. Will take the employee opinion when assigning the project and when asked to update the technologies. If employee not interested, will not assign which is a good sign and encouragement. After joining, I came to know that they are NASSCOM registered company also part from ISO 9001:2008 for quality management. Good colleagues with helping and teaching nature. Weekly meetings, discussions, etc are good and fun place to work to those who wanted to grow and make the career.
