      Pros

      The people at Protiviti are Great to work with. When it comes to work/life balance I found that Protiviti was very flexible with that.

      Cons

      There isn'tmuch to say except that depending on what project you are staffed on in the beginning, you may remain there for a very long time with little chance for change.

      Great opportunity to grow as an individual based off of your technical and behavioral skillset.

      If you are not assigned to a client, you could be on the bench which will affect your bonus.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
