      Pros

      Working on different projects for different clients in a short period of time is very beneficial when starting your career. It is great experience in networking and the peopple are great for the most part.

      Cons

      Unless you are part of the old Andersen crowd you will be treated differently. A good example is the percentage of former Andersen people that were laid off. If you do not align yourself with the right people good performance is not enough.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
